WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead, inspire, and support your team by identifying needs, removing blockers, and fostering a motivating environment.
- Define clear goals and guide the team towards achieving them, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor performance and key metrics, making sure priorities and timelines are well managed.
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting their growth through training, feedback, and regular performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of open communication, collaboration, and safe feedback spaces.
- Ensure development processes follow Agile best practices, while maintaining high-quality technical and public documentation.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Product Design to align roadmaps and deliver solutions with impact.
- Supervise technical assessments, ensuring compliance with our Engineering Maturity Model and continuous improvement standards.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
- Strong background in software engineering with senior-level programming experience in C++ or Rust.
- Solid knowledge of technological infrastructures, including cloud and on-premises services, client/server architecture, and HTTP APIs.
- Excellent technical writing skills to create, review, and maintain clear, structured documentation.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to coach, train, and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to coordinate assertively across different functions.
- Ability to foster a culture of learning and development, while driving performance and accountability.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
