To empower our Product Team (based in Barcelona), we are looking for a talented Product Manager to help us accelerate and mature our company's products globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to shape the value proposition, vision, and execution of the strategy for your product
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure the performance trends of your product and its business impact, using a data-driven approach to iterate towards the goals.
  • Work closely with the chief Product Officer to define your squad’s OKR.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and define the go-to-market and communication plan to boost product performance and sales
  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities by performing qualitative, quantitative, and competitive analyses and discoveries
  • Follow up the whole product lifecycle, assuring that new initiatives match company’s goals, requirements are clearly defined and new features perform as expected.
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Engineers, data, and Marketing to ideate and deliver the best user experience and solution to our customers.
  • Act as a product evangelist inspiring internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in your product scope.
  • Be accountable for the success of the product.
  • Contribute proactively to the product team’s success by continuously improving the way we work, our internal procedures and policies, leading by example helping our juniors grow.


Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product marketing in a B2C, B2B, and SaaS environment
  • Strong strategic problem solver personality and highly capable of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy, whether it be to a team of engineers or to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts toward a common objective driven by product performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of how software is made end to end, used to interpret and write detailed requirements documents, visualize every step of the process, set objectives, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
  • Proven experience working at different product levels, from high-level analysis, down to hands-on product feature or marketing campaign design and execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks.


Nice to have

  • Experience in Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks.
  • A good sense of design, usability, and interest in it.
  • Knowledge of the most common Product related software tools like Figma, Miro, and Notion
