This is how you will make an impact:

• Lead and build the engineering team of front-end, backend, iOS engineers and designers
• Make technical architecture decisions
• Develop clear APIs between system components
• Let the software speak to our conference components

Requirements

• You have a startup mind-set and a proven track record as technology lead.
• You have experience in business growth and team building
• You are responsible for technology strategy, architecture, infrastructure and the product roadmap together with the product owner.
• You have experience in hiring the right people and building a great team
• You are responsible for the quality of code and the architecture
• You are able to manage projects and releases with fast release cycles.
