We’re looking for a talented Recruiter who wants to grow in the
IT field and help us get the best talent for our Tech team. You are
someone who loves working in a high-paced startup environment,
passionate about HR and Recruitment and and wants to grow
professionally.
You will:
Source and attract the best local and international candidates
through your network, direct sourcing, recruitment tools, internal
applicants...
Manage efficiently a high volume of recruitment pipeline and needs
Carefully assess candidates to identify top talent that matches the role and Glovo's culture
Maintain a strong relationship with candidates and keep them
informed throughout the entire process to ensure the best
candidate-to-employee experience
Structure recruitment pipelines, screening CVs, phone and face to face interviews, interviews coordination.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a Tech Recruiter
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business or related fields
Passionate about recruitment and the tech industry
Creative, innovative, and organized team player
You enjoy challenges and fast changing environments
You are fluent in English – Spanish is a plus. You can communicate easily with international candidates of all level
