Your role is ensuring your team delivers the best software
imaginable! You’re in charge of mentoring team members while cooperating
with the project manager. A successful Team Lead knows how to get the
team on the same page and align company goals with the team’s activities
– please also be fun. Besides to this:
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide to your team the best conditions for their work.
- Deal with daily needs of the developers (material, holidays, work trips).
- Take
care of the personal and professional development of the team members.
Provide technical guidance and coaching a team of 10 developers.
- Do
Mentorship: setting challenging but realistic goals and guiding the
team efforts towards successful project delivery. Communicating goals
and identifying areas of new training.
- Be up to date and know the projects and tasks in which the team is involved.
- Act as knowledge hub within the company.
- Assist / Help Human Capital in the hiring new talent to reinforce the existing team (interviews, technical challenges, …).
- Deal with peaks and valleys of work and suggest new hires according to demand.
- Avoid centralization of knowledge, make sure you are not a single point of failure – or success in your team.
- Others: prepare forecast, budget, KPIs, reporting projects.

- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, ...).
- Ability to think analytically, quantitatively, and creatively.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Good communication skills.

- Ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced level and fluency in English (written and spoken).
