The Position: Entrust is seeking a Senior Software Developer to work on its cryptographic security products. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled C/Python developer with good design skills and experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.

How you will make an impact:
Perform a full range of software engineering activities to develop all or part of a solution/product
Lead and participate in reviews to ensure the integrity and robustness of project deliverables
Contribute to the software architectural design and document design solutions
Create designs for, and implement code, unit and acceptance tests
Develop software in a logical and controlled manner
Participate in integration and verification of software releases
Qualifications:
Experience as a senior software developer within a project or product development organization
Expertise in design and programming on a variety of platforms and environments including Linux and Windows based operating systems
Expertise in complex, multi-component projects, including use of multiple development languages
Strong proficiency in C language and Python
Experience with Agile software development and associated software engineering practices, preferably under SAFe.
Experience with containerization (for build / test / deployment)
Familiarity with Test Driven Development practices
Experience with cloud computing, REST APIs, micro- and web-services development
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and offer innovative, reasoned and practical solutions to demanding requirements
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or other relevant discipline with more than 7 years of experience.
