Job Description

Are you a passionate Senior IT Support Engineer? Do you want to join a global leader that enables digital transformation?

Looking for a teammate who appreciate open communication and working within international team.

How we do it: Application performance management, Cloud infrastructure monitoring, IT Operations powered by AI and Digital customer experience.

Your role:

  •  You are the first point of contact for 150+ employees (mostly software engineers) in our Barcelona Lab

  •  You purchase, install and set up new hardware in the lab, including networking infrastructure, high-end laptops for developers, tablets, the MS surface hub, other audio-visual devices like monitors and TVs

  •  Full responsibility for the IT support and administration of clients (50% Mac, 45% Windows, 5% Linux)

  •  Onboarding of new employees and support IT trainings

  •  Support in different kinds of global IT projects, like the migration to a new IT Service desk including workflow improvements, implementing a Mac and Linux Management solution or enabling a computer rollout via Autopilot

We expect:

  • +3 Years of IT Support or IT client administration experience

  • Mac OS, Windows 10, Office 365 Suite and Active Directory experience

  • Self-driven, service oriented team player with hands on mentality

  • Very good English skills (B2 or better)

  • Good communication skills

Nice to have:

  •  Azure AD and O365 experience in an enterprise environment
  • Linux experience
  • SharePoint
  • MS PowerShell scripting
