Job Description
You are an Experienced Full Stack Developer. Your heart is in the
code, the architecture and the UX and you have the ability to bring
others into your vision and setting the foundation for a mean, lean
developing machine. You have the ability to understand the ambition and
mission of the CMRAD company and turn this into a future-proof
architecture, UX concepts and the implementation in code. You have
worked hands on in multiple different web architectures and understand
the pros and cons between them. You will work with international
external partners and like minded staff to provide the bandwidth and
skill set to complete the full ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Run a lean development methodology from idea to deployed functionality
Evolve the code architecture to keep it flexible and extendable to run a global SaaS offering
Get your hands dirty and code, eat, sleep, repeat
Deliver the highest possible standard in the final product by: (amongst others)
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Ensure multi-platform, multi-browser compatibility and correctness
Automate, automate, automate
Skills And Qualifications
Multi-year background getting your hands dirty in
PHP, Laravel and BootStrap
AWS, Beanstalk, mySQL, RDS Aurora
DevOps automation tools such as Jenkins or Code*
integration with third party web products
understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing
client-side scripting and JavaScript, including jQuery
some advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as VueJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, etc.
asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX
code versioning tool GIT
automated testing frameworks
You must be able to get involved and drive all your work in English. Spanish is a plus.
