highly motivated and committed Marketing Team, we are looking for a
Senior Content Marketing Manager - B2B (m/f). In this position, you are
responsible for planning, creating, maintaining, and measuring all B2B
content across all platforms and you ensure the timely delivery of
quality content according to stakeholder needs, notably for sales and
campaign collateral, the uberall website and blog, as well as for
uberall’s social media assets. You will closely collaborate with other
content managers and designers (graphic and multimedia) in your team and
you will report to the SVP Marketing & Communications.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the planning, creation, maintaining
(lifecycle and repository), and measurement of our B2B marketing content
for Enterprise sales, campaigns and customer retention in English and
German for various on- and offline channels
- You will create marketing collateral for Enterprise and SME
audiences, articles for the web and social media as well as case studies
and testimonials collaboration with relevant internal and external
stakeholders
- As an expert, you know how to create retention and relationship
management content for our customers, such as newsletters, up- and
cross-selling information as well as renewal argumentation etc.
- You ensure continuous quality output for all B2B content in line
with style guidelines (TBD), four-eye principle, proper research, etc.
and manage editorial calendar for assigned channels/content
- You are also responsible for additional content creation such as
white papers, how-to guides (video, PDF), use cases, competitive
comparisons as well as ROI justification e.g. helping customers to
“sell” uberall internally, or partners to sell uberall to their clients
- You assist your colleagues with content for demand generation
campaigns and/or content for events (messaging, presentations, speaker’s
notes, collateral etc.)
- You work closely with other departments and ensure flawless communication
Your profile:
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in
the field of B2B content marketing and a very good understanding of
digital marketing concepts, processes, and tools with relevance for
content creation, ideally in a SaaS / software / IT company, as well as
demonstrable success in international marketing
- You have excellent writing skills in English (native speaker) as
well as in German (additional languages a plus) and proven ability to
deliver quality content within budget and deadlines
- You are able to translate technical and business content into
compelling and engaging stories and calls for action (in writing and/or
multimedia) for prospects / clients and partners
- You have a very good understanding of buying cycles and buyer
personas in B2B organisations - knowledge of specific vertical markets
is a plus
- You can edit and revise content from the perspective of the
intended audience(s) and you know how to conduct interviews with
internal or external stakeholders in order to produce quality content
- You exhibit excellent, structured analytical and conceptual abilities as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- You have a good track record of planning, creating and implementing successful go-to-market-strategies
- You are an active team player and can communicate on eye level with all departments
- Your profile is rounded off by a very high proficiency in English and German knowledge of other languages is a plus
