Deine Verantwortung

• Designing, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable backend systems
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Develop sophisticated algorithms for automated pricing and bundling
• Identifying bottlenecks and bugs as well as devising solutions to these problems
• Helping maintain code quality, organization and automation

• Technologies: Ruby, Rails, NodeJS, Postgres, MongoDB, Ember, ReactJS, ReactNative, Docker
• Tools: AWS, GitLab  
• Principles: agile company, lean, service oriented architecture, self organisation, metrics driven, transparency, cross-functional teams

Dein Profil

• You have 2+ years of professional  experience with Ruby on Rails and/or NodeJS
• You have 1+ years experience in working in a startup environment on site as team member
• You like to build upon existing solutions and use modern technologies and frameworks such as the AWS ecosystem
• You like to actively participate in an agile setup to develop software in a team and you value discussions, knowledge sharing and pair programming
• You have a basic understanding of concepts such as service oriented architecture, micro services, message queues, or machine learning
