Job purpose:
You will develop the SEA channel and grow it’s share to make it a key part of Stayforlong’s marketing team. Furthermore, you will take care of tactical and hands-on action execution to achieve the desired performance objectives.

Main job responsibilities are:
- Plan, design, implement and optimize SEA campaigns across our 23 markets and 18 languages
- In collaboration with the CMO, define channel strategy and roadmap setting ambitious but realistic goals.
- Manage spend and revenue of the SEA campaigns towards given targets, deciding on the right bidding strategies and maximizing ROI
- Collaborate closely with other teams and departments to ensure continuous improvement of all aspects of the SEA channel (creatives, feeds, tracking, landing pages, reporting, etc.)
- Identifying new and creative growth opportunities.
- Run extensive data analysis and continuous performance monitoring using reporting and tracking tools
- Deliver performance reports and insights to the Marketing team and internal stakeholders.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with your partners: Google, Microsoft, agencies, etc.
- Benchmark competitors, perform keyword research and stay up to date on SEA best practices, new features and trends
What you need to have:
- At least 4-5 years of proven experience in SEA marketing, managing multi language campaigns for a large catalog of products on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Previous experience in managing and adapting campaigns to different bidding strategies like manual CPC, target CPA or target ROAS.
- Experience in all aspects of SEA campaign optimization from keyword research, to creative and landing page optimizations.
- Experience working with other platforms such as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads or Tik Tok Ads is highly valuable.
- Extensive knowledge of the Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms and Adwords editor are a must. A good understanding of online tracking, attribution models and Google Tag Manager are a plus.
- Analytical mind-set. Exceptional analytical skills, including data manipulation and strong Excel knowledge.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Ability to handle different projects and manage budgets.
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment
