About the department:
Are you an experienced Product Owner looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to further
advance your skills and career in a great working environment?
We are seeking a strong software Product Owner to join our talented product team based in
Barcelona. You will be a highly-motivated individual with a genuine interest in technology and a
passion to deliver exciting products.
Some of the responsibilities and tasks will include:
● Collaborate and work in an agile environment with a cross functional dedicated team of product
engineers, UX and business collaborators..
● Help define a product vision and strategy, while gathering product requirements.
● Conduct market research to generate product requirements, validate your prioritisation and
choices making use of data and facts.
● Determine specifications, releases and organise proper training sessions with stakeholders for
any high value proposition features prior to being released.
● Deliver quarterly reports to executives as required to demonstrate how your team performed
towards the business goals.
Requirements
● 3+ years experience in Product or Design Management, with a focus on software products and
technologies.
● Experience in developing internet and a differentiator if you bring specific experience with
developing marketplace solutions and technologies.
● You own your goals and evangelise them through the entire company making sure times and
again that stakeholders are aligned and participative.
● You can prioritise considering the limited time, limited money and other real-world constraints.
● You are able to make tough decisions, say no and explain why.
● You have great communication and collaboration skills when it comes to guiding and
persuading stakeholders to support the product development with specific research in their
areas of expertise, ultimately collaborating and when needed, delegating assignments
accordingly.
● With the business goals in mind and can think strategically rather than on small scale and
putting out fires.
● Excellent time management skills and a solution oriented analytical mind to work towards
strategic goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.
● You are experienced in working with collaboration, prioritisation tools and methods and other for
product managers specific technologies.
● Minimum: excellent oral and written English skills. Any further languages are a nice to have.
