Job Description
Unnax is seeking a highly-motivated Product Owner that is passionate
about technology to help us implement the product vision of the company
in an efficient and scalable way. The PO will play a key leadership role
in defining and prioritizing the product features to deliver a
delightful experience to the customer, while improving process
efficiency across the product development pipeline.
The PO will work directly with the Operations Manager and other
functional leaders to establish stretch target and create operational
improvement strategies to enable execution.
The PO will have specific responsibility for critical parts of our product development:
" Provide vision and direction to the Scrum development team throughout the project
" Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities by
aligning with internal business stakeholders, and researching market and
users
" Plan and prioritize product feature backlog to ensure that the
team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
" Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
" Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Sprint goals
" Deliver optimized processes and continuous improvement to achieve a
lean and scalable product development pipeline. Advocate Agile
principles and high-quality standards across the team
" Run and maintain product and development team KPIs to assess impact of changes and improvements
" Mentor and coach members of the team to create the future leaders of the department
" Create a collaborative environment within the development team
