We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Growth department.

Main job responsibilities are:
- Develop and execute on a product roadmap that drives growth for the company
- Identify and prioritize new product opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
- Defining, designing, implementing, and managing product management and development methodologies according to all stakeholders needs.
- Be able to go from idea conceptualization to definition, execution and follow-up.
- Make sure that prioritisation is done correctly, and that our throughput keeps increasing while our quality standards are maintained.
- Knowledge of the ins and outs of your Product KPIs, always have the numbers at your fingertips and enjoy analysing performance through data.
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a fast-growing, successful software company, developing B2C products with high volume of traffic.
- Familiar with growth tools like adwords, metasearch, email marketing, seo …
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and prioritise according to company’s objective
- Ability to talk in numbers, strong knowledge of main KPIs of a B2C company, and outcome-driven.
- An expert at using Product Development tools, managing KPIs and metrics.
- Previous experience in an OTA is highly valuable, but not indispensable.
