15k transports/week , target 20k transports/week by end of the year
5 to 20 new company leads per day coming from referral (Big carriers or shippers like shippers Veolia, Suez, Norske Skog, Onyx…)
What you’ll do :
-
Lead the product roadmap for a team of 6 engineers, driving digital
innovation in road transportation, optimizing transports from order to
billing
- Translate product requirements into epics and user
stories, lead sprint planning, and prioritize the product backlog with
feedbacks from strategy, business, operations and customer support

Launch transport management disruptions, resulting in an increase in
app and web app engagement, incremental sales with shippers / carriers,
and reduction in customer support load
- Deliver new features
and optimizations to improve customer adoption and satisfaction of
Dashdoc. Increase conversion rate of shippers to a double-digit number

Partner with road transport operators, regulators, and third-party
technology leaders to imagine new ways to make the road transport
management better optimized, easier and more convenient for final
customers
What you’ll need:
- Experience in a product management or similar role
- Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
- Track record of effectively prioritizing, communicating and coordinating efforts across teams
- Experience using analytics and data to inform product decisions and measure post-launch impact

Experience defining and running an efficient product development
process, including backlog management and prioritization, roadmap
communication, sprint planning, and triage

- Over 60% of our income comes from shippers (Sales department) ;
- Churn is at its lowest (Marketing department) ;
- A deployment takes less than 3 months (Operations department) ;
- We have use cases of direct positive impact on optimising planning (Strategic subject).
