metasearchers such as Trivago, Tripadvisor, Google Hotel Ads, Kayak and
Skyscanner.

Currently, we’re looking for a Product Manager (reporting directly to the CTO) to manage two technical teams to develop some core products.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the strategy of the product. Assume end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap.
- Defining,
designing, implementing, and managing various product management and
development methodologies according to all stakeholders needs.
- Be able to go from idea conceptualization to definition, execution and follow-up.
- Make
sure that prioritization is done correctly, and that our throughput
keeps increasing while our quality standards are maintained.
- Day to day management of the metrics, ensuring effective prioritization according to strategy and weekly results.
- Knowledge
of the ins and outs of your Product KPIs, always have the numbers at
your fingertips and enjoy analyzing performance through data.
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of
experience as a Product Manager, with an international, well-known,
fast-growing, successful software company, ideally developing B2C
products.
- You are good with processes and you know about Agile methodologies.
- You have high technical knowledge.
- The ability to talk in numbers, and only use opinions when the search for data yields no results.
- An expert at using MS Excel and Product Development tools.
- Strong passion for and ability to understand product needs.
- Excellent
strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a
winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult
trade-off decisions.
- Ability to develop and cultivate a dynamic, progressive, and technologically advanced organization.
