As a Product Manager at Spaceboost,
you will work closely with the rest of the team to know the needs of
our customers and with other platforms to figure out what new products
they are launching. You can facilitate the decision-making process and
roadmap planning together with the IT team, ship the right product
development and measure the success of the built solutions. You will
also have a direct impact on the long-term vision of our products and
take part in building the strategy for their rollout.
Based in Spaceboost’s Barcelona office, the Product Manager
will be a successful software business professional, preferably with
some experience in digital media technology and will be fully
responsible for defining the vision and execution of one specific
product area, reporting to the CIO.
As a Product Manager at Spaceboost, you will:
You are responsible of crafting your area’s roadmap together with
other product managers and the leadership team, to align the product
vision and strategy across the company.
You are responsible that product discovery is done properly. This
includes user research, documentation (why, what and for whom),
communication and prioritization.
You will constantly interact with the rest of the departments at
Spaceboost, to get feedback enough to define the right problems to
solve. Working closely with other technology platforms is also essential
in aligning our roadmap with new features coming from their side.
You also will work very close to the IT team. You will have to
make sure they understand the customer and business context to develop
your products.
You ensure that everything we build has a clear goal, we are
measuring if we are reaching the goals, and we have defined what we do
if we don’t reach the goals. You use this information as a feedback loop
to improve backlog prioritization.
Requirements
We're definitely looking for you, if you have:
Several years of product management and product owner experience, focusing on B2B SaaS.
Launched multiple successful software products and features.
Consistent track record of driving user or revenue growth through
experimentation.
Some experience from a technologically complex domain. Experience
from online advertising domain (building measurement, optimization or
reporting products) is not mandatory but preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
Experience executing high-impact projects. Making hard decisions and trade-offs come naturally to you.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
Passion for UX and prototyping knowledge.
Technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineers.
