Perengo is looking for a Product Data Analyst to work closely with
product, data science, operations, and engineering in measuring and
analyzing our core KPIs. The successful candidate loves working with
data, filtering signal from noise, and has a strong understanding of how
to extract useful insights from seemingly raw or feature heavy data
sets. The position is remote.
Perengo is a programmatic job advertising platform. We automate job
distribution, measure / analyze performance in real time, and optimize
towards our customer’s primary KPIs including cost-per-application and
cost-per-hire.

Technical Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, etc
• Strong statistics fundamentals
• Excellent and proven knowledge of SQL
• Strong understanding of web analytics and related concepts
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in performance advertising a huge plus
• Experience in another data analysis language a plus
Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to product and data science on primary KPIs
• Understand what drives performance of Perengo’s job ad distribution
• Work with our data science lead to build and organize standard
insights and visuals, and to standardize inputs into Perengo’s ML
algorithms
• Provide analytical support to operations team, and assist in troubleshooting data related problems.
• Build data elements of QBRs for customers, helping them to understand their data and related performance metrics
