Snappy Research is looking for a brilliant, talented,
creative and passionate B2B hands-on marketing professional to actively
contribute to the growth of the company by crafting and implementing the
best marketing strategies (inbound and outbound). Experience in SaaS
companies and/or Market Research would be a plus. The ideal candidate
has to be detail-oriented, have strong communication and analytical
skills and be a good team player. He/She has to enjoy being part of a
fast growing start up that is already successful in Spain and Mexico and
is preparing the deployment in other regions to become a global leader.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales Operations and
Sales to generate MQLs, SQLs and improve conversion in all stages of the
acquisition funnel.
- Create, execute, evaluate and improve
communication and marketing actions in different channels (for example
inbound and outbound campaigns, events, email marketing campaigns…)
- Manage the digital presence of the Company : website, social networks (mainly Linkedin and Twitter) and content coordination
- Become the main responsible of communication to boost and improve brand awareness through PR and Social Media
- Work
closely with Copywriters to coordinate the creation and distribution of
content that is crafted to meet the needs of the audience at all stages
of the acquisition funnel (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
- Work closely with
Sales, Copywriters and our Research Experts to coordinate and distribute
content, helping existing customers get the most out of our solution as
well as helping drive qualified leads through content.
- Work
closely with its manager to create and execute the Marketing Strategy
and Marketing Plan, both globally and locally for each region.
Requirements:
· 2-4 years experience as Marketing Manager, preferably in a SaaS and growing company
· Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
·
Ability to work autonomously on tasks, and to bring new ideas,
strategies and directions to the table and be able to execute on them.
· Strategic, metrics-driven mindset and a passion for marketing and the impact of marketing in sales
· Demonstrated record of successfully shipping high-quality projects with independence and confidence.
· Bonus: English fluency.
