RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include but not
be limited to the following. In brief, this role will enable you to lead
the marketing department of our quickly-growing company.
Marketing Strategy
Devising marketing strategies for driving traffic and increasing
direct conversion across the two sides of our business: on the one hand
our leisure and corporate travellers, on the other hand our homeowners.
Consolidating and compiling data for business strategy: annual targets, budgets and monthly reports.
Web
Participating in the development and update of our website.
Continuously improving our SEO ranking; applying various digital marketing strategies.
Content (visual)
Defining photoshoot standards for our properties; liaising with our external photographers.
Preparing marketing materials and tools to increase sales, applying the brand graphic charts.
Managing Emerald’s social media: creating content and acting as a key contact on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Content (editorial)
Managing Emerald’s blog: creating content and coordinating with external copywriters.
Participating in the onboarding process of our new properties:
creating content for the listings creation on Emerald’s website as well
as major Online Travel Agencies; reviewing photos and other content
elements.
CRM
Managing the integration with our CRM SaaS.
Implementing a newsletter.
Campaign
Launching marketing campaigns on various channels (e.g. Google CPC, Display advertising, Magazine ads, Social ads, etc).
Creating the right press releases according to the media and liaising with PR & Communication parties.
Depending on the seasonality as well as your bandwidth, skills and
interest, you may be involved with other aspects of the company.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Jack or Jill of All Trades who will thrive in a dynamically changing environment.
The must-haves:
You have 5 years of combined experience in digital and content marketing, preferably at a marketing agency
You have proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth through marketing efforts
You have strong media and copywriting skills
You are comfortable using Photoshop and/or InDesign
You have experience working at a fast-growing company - you
understand that responsibilities will evolve quickly as the company
grows
You work in an independent way and shoulder your responsibility - with you aboard, we can rest assured the job will be done
You have a data-driven mindset
You love interacting with people and can naturally establish great
relationships with anyone; your interpersonal and team collaboration
skills are excellent
You have strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
You are detail-oriented, open-minded and positive
You can multitask and prioritize
You have a can-do attitude and are flexible
You speak fluent English
