About the Role
As
the Marketing Manager at Sheltair you’ll manage the complete marketing
experience as you’ll lead every facet of the product journey. You’ll be
responsible for identifying the main growth marketing opportunities,
designing and executing the multi-channel marketing plan. Marketing at
Sheltair starts with the product and ends with the user. We need you to
be curious and willing to take risks and big challenges. You’ll be the
architect of our product by bridging engineering and business.
Responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities.
Plan and develop campaigns that drive growth, awareness, retention and excitement.
Design deeply integrated marketing plan in product development, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Analyze
and build data-driven conclusions to take decisions with other
departments. Advocate for changes where needed for both product
development and sales activity.
Qualifications
Minimum
BBA or equivalent practical experience.
Deep experience executing campaigns, especially Google Adwords and social channels.
Experience in positioning, branding and creative development.
Preferred
Speak and write English and Spanish fluently.
Experience planning and executing 360º marketing plans.
Experience with email marketing.
Experience collaborating with third parties outside the company.
Demonstrated
problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to
develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined
problems.
Developed leadership and interpersonal skills combined with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
