Lead Hardware Engineer en Paris

Looking for a great hardware / mechanical / industrial engineer with prior relevant experience, to bring our product to industrial standard, launch the first manufacturing batch, and lead our hardware engineering team.

Roles include:

- DFM/DFA
- Materials testing
- Industrial partners selection and relationship
- Pre-certification and certification testing
- Implementing industrial processes
- Launching first batch of manufacturing and following-up with manufacturer
- Managing the hardware engineering team

Profile:

- Hardware / Mechanical / Industrial engineering background
- 2+ years experience in bringing technology products to production
- Strong CAD design skills
- Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of a project
- Excels in complexity and uncertainty
- Well-organized and pro-active
- Willing to move back and forth between France and China
