International Operations Assistant en Madrid

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently searching for a Junior profile to join our International Operations team and to work side by side with the B2B Department.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you'll have the opportunity to take care of the processes and procedures of the B2B department at a national and international level.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing all our clients' data and information: setting up clients profiles and pages in the system and website
• Handling the CRM and databases: verifying requests, user authorizations and cancellations, reviewing internal guides
• Aligning with the Finance team regarding billing, payments, and invoices
• Coordinating with the Marketing and Engagement teams to activate and launch campaigns/promotions in the platform
• Improving the system operating mode configuration, analyzing current processes and databases, proposing solutions and implementing best practices
• Supporting the other subsidiaries in Europe

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Valuable previous experience in Operations or similar, but not mandatory
• High level of English (C1-C2), plus valuable other languages
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
• An analytical, resolute and proactive person, with the ability to work autonomously in international environments
