We are looking for an experienced and motivated Healthcare Sales Manager.
QMENTA
is a multi-disciplinary science and engineering start-up that has
developed an advanced solution for medical imaging for hospitals and
pharmaceutical companies, in order to accelerate the clinical trial and
study workflows.
Our mission is to organize and quantify imaging
information through complex imaging tools in a seamless manner in order
to accelerate the discovery and development of cures for brain diseases.
Founded 6 years ago, QMENTA is a rapidly growing venture-backed
company. We are currently looking to hire a Healthcare Sales Manager
with exceptional experience in both sales and sales management within
the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, along with a proven track
record of selling and leading sales teams in a medical setting, or
enterprise healthcare sales, to join our growing team. This position
will be based in our Barcelona office.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead a sales team to meet or exceed KPIS and sales targets,
Identify
and develop new business opportunities by presenting the value of
QMENTA’s offerings to prospective clients in pharma and clinical care,
selling to doctors and investigators,
Understand the
pharmaceutical clients’ and clinical doctors’ needs across a range of
business functions, including drug discovery, clinical trials, and
personalized medicine,
Represent the company at international events and scientific and/or medical conferences,
Decide on multi-channel sales, marketing, and growth strategies,
Define a detailed sales plan with the C-level suite,
Co-decide on and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets,
Design and optimize the sales pipeline, support in budget planning and assessment of ROI,
Grow and train your sales team over time,
Build brand awareness and reputation by supporting marketing team activities,
Ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of clients by enhancing the relationships,
Ensure optimized lead management and CRM use,
Collaborate with the R&D team to strategize on the company’s offerings,
Provide input for product development (‘as the voice of the customer’),
Build a great network and valuable working relationships and partnerships within the industry and with potential clients.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
We are looking for a results-driven Healthcare Sales
Manager to join our growing team. You ideally have relevant experience
working in Pharmaceutical and/or Life Science sales roles. You are
highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and have a proven track
record of meeting or exceeding targets in addition to leading sales
teams. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and
the motivation to deliver the highest quality of service, taking the
time to fully understand the client’s needs and requirements.
At least 7 years of sales experience (preferably B2B)
Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in clinical trials and/or hospital
Ability to recruit, lead, and advance more junior members of the team
Highly motivated, target-driven and consistent over-achiever
Experienced in using a CRM
Experience in selling at a C-suite level
Able to meet and/or exceed sales goals and deadlines
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial, creative and sales-motivated
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Open, empathetic, understanding, and a good listener
Outstanding English written and oral communication skills, other European languages are a plus
Passion for science and/or medicine
