# What you will do
Zenaton’s team has developed the core technology of an exciting new
product. Now we need a Head of Talent who partners with us on scaling
our team with top-notch engineers. We’re looking for a Talent executive
who’s eager to transform the operational proof of concept into a
battle-tested, industry-grade technology company:
- You will own all processes from hiring to onboarding
- Together with the founder you will identify needs and help us bring the right people on board by. E.g, creating scorecards.
- You will be in charge of training existing and new team members on how to recruit and interview A-players
- You will hand pick new team members by recruiting and sourcing the best candidates in the market
- You will help us develop our compensation formula
- You will enable the company to drive and nurture our company culture
- You’ll be a sparrings partner to the founders on all people topics
# What we are looking for
- Ideally, you have had similar experience in a previous startup or technology companies
- As one of the early employees, you need to be an independent, proactive and enthusiastic learning enthusiast
- You must be comfortable in a technical environment even if you aren’t technically-inclined yourself
- You like to be surrounded by A-players and have a passion for excellence
- You are a self starter that is eager to combine best practices and solid knowledge with openness to go new ways
