across the globe. In the near future, the majority of Eventbrite’s
business will come from outside of the United States. The company is
currently in a phase of strong international growth, with offices in 11
countries and having powered events in over 180 countries. In Spain, we
have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a marketing leader to
drive this continued growth.

growth in the region across all stages of the marketing lifecycle,
including brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and
demand generation.

directly into the Country Manager - Spain, you’ll be a key part of the
region’s leadership team, helping to define overall strategy and
ensuring continued rapid growth and commercial success. In this role,
you’ll provide leadership to the Madrid based marketing team, set the
marketing strategy and ensure effective execution. You’ll also work
closely with our international marketing teams based in San Francisco
and other Eventbrite markets. We’re looking for a strategic and creative
marketing leader, who can lead, inspire, and mentor a team, who thinks
commercially, and who is both innovative and data-driven. You’ll be
responsible for closely partnering with your team and others throughout
the organisation (including Spain-based Business Development and Account
Management teams, and the SF-based global Marketing team).

generation, and have a strong sense for how to use a range of marketing
channels to drive growth throughout the customer acquisition funnel and
beyond. You have led teams before, and are comfortable operating in
markets with multiple customer segments and verticals as well as a range
of customer value tiers.

well as up-market, and are versed in the tactics used to communicate in
both environments. You value data and use insights to inform marketing
plans, and are able to optimise ROI effectively. You disrupt the status
quo and constantly
innovate. This is an office based role in Madrid. May require some travel.
