At Hu:toma AI we are looking for a fearless and skilled Growth
Hacking Marketer that wants to have true impact on our early-stage
startup growth.
We need someone who will own our online presence and kickstart our
growth. This means that you should be able to combine content creation
and digital marketing skills with innovative growth hacking techniques.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Growth hack channels in a creative way and finding repeatable ways to drive traffic.
* Searching for new acquisition channels that drive unique customers to our service.
* Make business decisions based on data and impact on key metrics.
* Test and optimize the tactics you’ve proposed for customer acquisition.
* Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Sales Development to experiment with new channels
* Measure, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the team.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing and UI/UX.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience working in high growth and startup marketing while focusing on lead generation.
* Built or used A/B testing tools and run multiple A/B experiments
* Experience with funnel/conversion rate optimization, data aggregation tools
* The ability to take ownership and see working at a startup as a lifestyle
* An equally creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a do whatever it takes attitude.
