Missions
As a Front-end Engineer at Adikteev, you will be in charge of building, maintaining and sharpening our technical solutions.
Your role is to manage your team to turn product needs into efficient
technical solutions and providing tools for the creative teams to
express themselves.
This covers:
- Participating in the development of our distributed application with a focus on front-end performance.
- Participating in the development of our creative technology, from the the rendering engines to the tooling.
- Engineering and building robust solutions.
- Testing and challenging new technologies to see if they would fit our needs, or open new opportunities.
- Evolving in an heterogeneous environment, we pick the right tool for the job.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Enjoys being challenged into solving complex problems on a daily basis
- Is able to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements
- Enjoys working iteratively, delivering fast, failing fast and learning from its mistakes
- Shows advanced programming skills including fluency in JavaScript
- Has front-end engineering experience
- Has already been confronted to front end development on mobile devices and browsers
- Has a passion for front-end performance issues
- Has a good knowledge of the DOM and its APIs
- Considers clean code and documentation as the best tools to work in a team
Bonus Points:
- Holds an advanced academic degree in computer engineering
- Has experience in mobile or web advertising
- Has experience with ES2017 and its environment
- Webpack lover
- Embraces declarative style and functionnal paradigms
- Has experience with Redux or any other Flux-influenced architecture
