Stream Hatchet is a startup owned by Millennial
Esports corp. built with the mission of creating a platform that equips
the world with the best live streaming analytics insights.
You will work head to head with the key players on Twitch, revolutionizing the way people stream.

This role is perfect for an engineer who has a passion for
building high quality, reliable, extensible Web application software. We
prioritize shipping new features and product improvements while still
building our platform in a way where we do not become overburdened with
technical debt. We want team members who show initiative and take
responsibility for the production systems they work on.
Responsibilities
Setup and ensure frontend best practices across the company
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
Working closely with your server-side colleagues
Think through hard problems, and work alongside teams to crack them wide open.
Building beautiful UI's in small, flat team using JavaScript, HTML5.
Requirements
Computer science
fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm
design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
Advanced
skills in Frontend technologies like Javascript (ES6), CSS, HTML and
experience with quality assurance such as e.g. code review, unit
testing, code linting and continuous integration as well as experience
in building a Node.js REST API backed by NoSQL databases.
Experience developing software in Linux/UNIX.
Experience with data visualization and presentation, turning complex analysis into insight
Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly
Good communication in English
Bonus Points
Experience with React or other JavaScript frameworks (Angular, SemanticUI, Ember, etc)
Avid user of Twitch or passion for video games is a big plus
