Here at Tallysticks, we are revolutionising trade finance through
blockchain technology and are now looking for to grow the team.
Tallysticks is a young start up, around since 2015, and we have
developed an exciting and industry-changing solution to a problem many
SMEs that work in big supply chains face: cash flow and trade finance.
Our solution is a portal that SMEs, large corporates and financiers can
access to help with this funding gap by utilising blockchain technology.
We have developed an award-winning product and now want to tweak the
the product and further develop our portal based on user feedback.
We are looking for someone who:
-Wants to build an industry-changing blockchain product
-Can take ownership from the get-go and work with minimal guidance
-Ideally has experience of building enterprise applications in Financial Services
-Has experience and a proven track record building beautiful and powerful single-page apps
The Details:
-Immediate start but we’ll wait for the right person
-£40k-£60k & equity negotiable based on experience
-The position is based at Rise London, Shoreditch with some travel required
-We offer flexi-time but cannot offer remote work
Responsibilities:
-Communicate with designers and back-end developers to produce performant, well-written user interface projects with great UX
-Work with the technical and commercial team to make technical decisions and consolidate product delivery
-Primarily, to deliver the product a number of clients ranging from SMEs to large corporates
Required Experience:
-Min. 4 years experience with JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS3 (existing projects on GitHub or elsewhere)
-Has experience of web paradigms such as REST, WebSockets
Linux command line
-Good knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) without frameworks
-Build and automation tools such as Gulp & Webpack
-Excellent knowledge of browser networking, performance and the latest DOM APIs
-Good knowledge and experience writing large/complex CSS, with pre-processors
-Experience with React (or Vue) and Flux architecture
Desired experience:
-Experience building complex UIs for Financial Services industry
-Server-side Node.js experience
-Experience in distributed ledgers, decentralized applications and blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and Hyperledger
