YUGO is a motosharing startup enabling anyone to ride electric
scooters available in the city. With a smartphone, yugo riders can
locate, book and ride scooters starting from 0.17 euros/minute. No
return/charging stations, riders can park anywhere which makes it
extremely flexible and easy to use!
Launched in February 2016 in Barcelona, YUGO has proved that the model works and is now ready to expand in new cities.
Your main mission will be to expand the YUGO model in targeted cities
in Europe. We need you to identify, reach out to potential partners and
rollout our expansion model.
We are looking for someone passionate about mobility and business
development. The right person is comfortable in a fast growing/startup
environment, not afraid about challenges and is problems solving
oriented. He/she is comfortable in analysing figures, building financial
models and has strong experience in Business Development with an
existing network. You know how to pitch and convey a convincing message
to partners.
You will be joining a strong team which objectives are to make urban
mobility clean, enjoyable and fun in as many cities as possible. You
will have a key function and will be in direct contact with the founding
team.
Responsibilities
- Identify right partners in the different countries we are targeting,
- Build and develop relationships with potential candidates,
- Manage whole process from first contact to rollout and launch of service in the city,
- Be the primary contact with local partners,
- Collaborate with all HQ teams (marketing, operations, strategy, product) to best setup the rollout in new cities,
- Adjust expansion model if necessary,
- Research new cities to launch YUGO,
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Consulting, management or startup,
- You thrive with limited resources to get things done in a short period.
- Proactive and organised, you know how to focus and get things done,
- Ability to make decisions quickly,
- You own your topic: Learn from mistakes and drive to always improve,
- Highly results oriented: you will be assessed by targets/KPIs,
- Valid driving license: Car and/or motorbike,
- Willing to travel on a monthly basis,
- Fluency in Spanish, French and English is necessary,
- You master the Office Suite (Excel, Power Point),
