We would like to have a human conversation, again. Hello. How are you?
We are here to humanise digital marketing again. We make sure
marketers speak to the right person, in the right language, at the right
time, in the right place. Why? To fulfil the promise of big data and
fix the broken customer journey. Let us introduce ourselves.
Relay42 has grown from a start-up to a champion in data marketing
technology in Europe. We help top brands to achieve a 360 degree view of
their customers by connecting all data points and personalising their
communication across all channels and devices. Following Series-A
investment, we have become a market leader in the Netherlands; and we
are now connecting the rest of Europe.
We have identified the missing link in the Technical teams.
As
a DevOps Engineer, you will automate and maintain a global network of
servers. You will be responsible for releasing the newest features of
our platform to production environment, improving the processes as well
as doing early detection of potential issues. Furthermore, you will
demonstrate your dynamic coding ability across a diverse set of
languages and technologies and assist the QA in supporting the testing
infrastructure. Other developers and management will look to you to
translate complex, technical concepts so that the collective team
understands the vision, supports it, and are on track to achieve the
ongoing product goals. Meaning implementation of applications’ build,
release, deployment, and configuration activities.
Other responsibilities include working with internal business
partners to gather requirements, architecting, implementing/updating
solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality
reviews, managing operations, and triaging and fixing operational
issues. Take great code written in various languages including Java and
transform this into an efficient and robust executional code run in AWS.
Now that you know us, can you introduce yourself? Hopefully this starts with…
I have 5+ years experience in a professional environment. I have
experience with AWS and have worked with Ansible, Puppet or Chef. I
feel comfortable with creating command-line scripts. I have knowledge of
Cassandra, Hadoop, Nginx, Docker or Nagios. I have previously designed
infrastructure solutions for scalability, reliability, high
availability, performance, security, software maintainability, and
operational excellence. I have a deep understanding of architecture, I
foresee and plan for changes, and I’m a top-notch communicator along
the way.
Let’s continue our dialogue. Are you ready to connect and start your journey?
