The mission
To model its audiences and optimise its clients' campaigns,
BidMotion crunches a few hundreds of gigabytes of historical data every
night, analyzing dozens of features (such as ISP, country, device OS and
model, etc.) to extract little nuggets of information (that we call
"insights" and "media operation warnings") that are then used to
optimize the campaigns.
Since many insights and warnings can potentially be generated,
our users may sometimes feel overwhelmed by the amount of
information presented to them, which is why we are currently looking for
someone great to help them find the needle in their haystacks!
Your role:

Analyze the generated insights and warnings to understand their relevance for our users

Refine or create heuristics to rank and filter them as a stop-gap measure

Implement a user scoring feature on the front-end

Automatically rank insights and warnings from each users preferences
Our requirements:
- Notions of Machine Learning
- Software Engineering Skills
- Notions of Java, Python and/or Spark
- Strong will to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Very fluent English
