We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing Team.
The candidate will be an expert on analyzing large data sets and have
good communication skills. The candidate will need to be autonomous,
show initiative, and be able to think big while paying careful attention
to detail.
Job Description
CRM
data analysis to identify and prioritise needs and deliver deep relevant
customer-based insights to make decisions affecting the project and
initiate actions to increase customer lifetime value.
Manage CRM data needs (customer segments, ...) to define and execute marketing campaigns
Manage Customer Retention and Satisfaction results.
Define and activate marketing clusters.
Define and execute CRM reports.
Analyze and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns.
Help to increase the customer knowledge analyzing current and new data sources.
Modify reports to incorporate new KPIs that are necessary to be able to respond to business needs
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English, both oral and written
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, related
technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Domain of Microstrategy (certification desirable)
Google tools knowledge (Adwords, Analytics, GA360)
Experience in analytics, CRM data, business intelligence, market research or related field.
Experience working within a technical organization or ecommerce
Ability to learn quickly, be creative and take initiative
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional
Able to function in a team environment
