We
are looking for a service oriented Customer Success Manager to be a
part of our Customer Success team and help us deliver a personal,
high-quality post-sales experience to lay strong foundations to ensure
the success of our customer’s, maximize customer satisfaction and
retention of our customer base.
Some of your responsibilities will be...
- Ensure customer adoption based on the customer’s use case and needs.
- Guide integration efforts between the customer’s platform and Signaturit.
- Work together with the Sales team to maximize upsell opportunities.
- Online/live training sessions.
- Provide dedicated operational and technical support for accounts of different tiers by email and phone.
- Escalate issues to the tech team accordingly.
This is you
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Be a positive force that communicates with a personal and positive voice
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbally)
- Experience in working with Helpdesk software (Zendesk, Helpdesk, Groove …)
- Understand API concepts and terminology in order to provide technical API support
- Understand the world of B2B Saas companies
- A critical thinker and have a keen eye for troubleshooting
- Believe in doing the right thing and doing it right
- Show empathy at all times
These are not mandatory, but if you have them, we'd be very happy :)
- Proven Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
- Good Excel skills
- Good level of data analysis skills
