The role:
This role represents a unique opportunity to join our London based
start-up - with a global footprint – you will be joining a growing team
well on their way to building an MVP.
Currently in stealth mode, the platform and future apps will be disrupting the talent industry in a fresh and exciting way,
The team is currently made up of a mix of full-time and remote staff
– most of the development work is being done offshore so experience of
managing remote developers (ideally in open-source environment) is key
as their may be a requirement to roll up the sleeves and do some
coding/code-breaking from time to time to ensure all development is up
to par.
Your background has likely been in software engineering or working
up from being a full-stack developer – you will have a natural curiosity
of all things new and understand how to take advantage of new
technology such as AI. As our business will be rich in data a background
in data science may also be of use.

The Deal:
For the CTO – co-founder this role will requires a visionary with
huge confidence in their capability to join the team initially a sweat
equity role. Equity will be offered in the realms of 5-7% for the right
candidate.
As we raise seed funds and and move into full-time mode, the CTO
role will be offered a competitive salary in house (with the sweat
equity) your role being to deliver our technological vision and to drive
development into the future.
