Hively was created in April 2016 by two founders with international
and complementary experience. We're projected to launch in Q2 2017, and
can count on early financing to cover both product development -
currently in completion - and initial marketing efforts. Our central
London offices are housed in a dynamic digital start-up community.

3/ Your Role as CTO
Build, manage and validate the Tech Roadmap:
- Based on customer validation, market needs, feature sets and priorities;
Pilot the full product lifecycle
- Idea generation, design, prototyping, planning, execution, and shipping;
Deconstruct improvements into a goal-structured timeline.
- Manage QA resource from our software development agency;
Improve the stability and scalability of our systems.
- Drive adoption of best practices, build tools, automate processes;
Get your hands dirty in the social graph and back-end.
- Undertake reviews of code quality to avoid “deployment embarrassments”

5/ The Specs
Our Technologies:
- Back-end: Ruby/Rails
- Front-end: Ionic - Angular (Phonegap/Cordova)
Our Requirements:
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Math, Physics, or equivalent
- 2+ years development experience, building, coordinating, releasing scalable web & app products
- A strong focus on data, to create a friendly, smart ecosystem for analysis and BI
- Knowledge of payment processing and understanding of security best practices
- Excellent communications skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
