with more than 8 million registered users, is looking for a CRM Manager
to join our growing digital team.
We
are looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed and creative
individual, with a focus on customer conversion and retention. Our ideal
candidate is passionate about leveraging performance data insights and
communications to develop features that delight and retain customers.
This is a global role that will be an integral part of the overall
business strategy.
This
position will be responsible and take ownership over our multi-platform
channel customer journey. The candidate needs to be capable to optimize
each touchpoint within the customer journey with the aim to raise
conversion within each step of the customer journey and live time
funnel.
Your
first objective will be to audit needs, choose and lead the
implementation of new CRM strategy, analytics & BI tools, you will
manage and develop reports, providing actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
Data Communication / CRM
-
Together with the communication and community manager, prepare and manage customer journey.

Setup and manage CRM tools and features.
-
Ensure that customer communications are aligned with brand & communication objectives.

Drive our Content & copy specialists for clear brand communication & activation of the Content Calendar through CRM.

Work closely with the engineering team to create matching Landing Pages for the digital customer journey.

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
Data Analysis
-
Assist with the creation of measurement plans based on strategic imperatives, communications objectives and media strategies.

Setup and manage tools to report on user journey and provide insights to the executive and marketing team.

Focus on optimization of activation of our user database through each step within the users funnel.

Identify
all the churn endpoints in the user journey map and during the life
cycle, analyze results, draw conclusions, suggest new ideas.

Setup and provide dashboards with associated KPIs, and provide monthly evaluation of each.

Create the appropriate segments for CRM interaction on all channels.

Ensure proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze key metrics related to onboarding, customer engagement, trial-to-customer conversion, retention, and churn.
Data quality
-
Design
and implement best practices to keep data updated and valuable in the
market for monetization through 3rd companies, and ensure best practice
of email database quality processes.

Work
with email providers to take advantage of available technology to
automate manual processes and improve communications relevancy by
developing behavioral and remarketing campaigns.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Digital Marketing & CRM ideally.

Strong
analytical skills. Ability to process and interpret customer
information (product utilization data and customer requirements) to help
drive adoption.

Be inquisitive, look for challenges that haven’t been identified yet that need to be solved.

Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies.

Experience in analytic dashboard use and definition.
-
Data administration and business intelligence experience, including SQL and relational database systems at user level.
-
Knowledge of CRM campaign setup, optimization and reporting; audience segmentation, audience development.
-
Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, ROI is a plus.

Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Yandex Metrica and AppMetrica, Firebase analytics, and similar.

Knowledge of mobile app ecosystem and a general understanding of email, SMS, push notification and online marketing.

Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and follow-up abilities.
