Antai is looking for a co-founding Chief Product Officer (CPO) for a new venture in the insurtech industry

Venture Builder is an international group of online and mobile
businesses. We build disruptive and digital solutions in Southern Europe
and Latin America. Together with the best-prepared professionals, Antai
co-founded several fast growing startups such as Wallapop, Cornerjob,
Glovo, Carnovo or Deliberry among others.
Location: Barcelona
As a CPO you will be responsible for:
- Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition as well as the product roadmap
- Analyse, prioritise and translate customer needs into ideas for product development
- Lead
and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve
business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses
- Be data driven:
- Report weekly on all user KPIs
- Translate
the product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better
inform the evolution of the customer engagement and product strategy
- Work closely with CTO, CEO and COO
- Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis and data across the business

Requirements:
- Highly
analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making
data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward
- Ability
to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams;
ability to present complex information in simple terms, potentially to
the Board of Directors
- A proven track record of delivering
significant success, scaling and developing high performing consumer
facing digital products that impact business
- A broad skill-set
including A/B testing; prototyping; user testing; analytics; UX and UI;
market research; competitor analysis; defining metrics
- Passion for the digital sector
