OCS is looking for a Cloud Solutions Service to provide a full-stack development background to support the Olympic Channel’s development activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks of this service include, but are not limited to:
Implement and maintain infrastructure and automation solutions,Implement and maintain software deployment and automation solutions,Manage environments through OCS Cloud consoles to deploy services, manage access policies, review configurations etc.,Develop and maintain automation for daily tasks,Support OCS with the DevOps tasks affecting the production and non-production environments.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
The following requirements for any personnel that may render the services are required:
Knowledge of cloud deployments, using at least one of the principal public cloud providers, designing complex and secure solution architectures,Knowledge of the administration of web servers and application servers based on Windows and Linux,Knowledge of the full stack including databases, protocols and web server optimization,Knowledge of design and implementation of performant applications that cope with high traffic and global reach (i.e. scalability, caching, CDN optimization etc.),Knowledge in web delivery and CDN related technologies, including HTTP and web servers, network stack and internet services (like DNS),Knowledge in analytics and tools, like Kibana, and creating dashboards for performance reporting,Ability to automate tasks through scripting using common programming languages like Python, shell scripting, node.js …,Experience in programming, reviewing source code and identifying issues.Knowledge on popular web front-end technologies such as: Angular, React, etc.Experience creating CI/CD pipelines and with common DevOps tools: Dockers/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, git, GitHub.Workplace & Environment
This is an open-ended position, either based in Madrid at our offices or remotely as a freelancer.Subject to national/international criminal background checks.This position starts as soon as possible.
