What you should be bringing to the table:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales (Experience in the area of consumer tech, events or media and advertising are a plus)
- At least 2 years experience leading and managing sales teams
- An entrepreneurial, can-do attitude (You get things done, period)
- An ability to interpret and use data to make better decisions
What you’ll be doing on a daily basis:
- Lead and grow the Fever team in Barcelona
- Identify and source the right partners to be a part of Fever and the Secret Media Network (Barcelona Secreta)
- Work together constantly with our Marketing and Media teams to ensure the best performance for the city
- Work to ensure that the team achieves the monthly targets defined for the city
- Hiring and training new team members
- Coaching current team members on a consistent basis to ensure good performance
