We deliver performance based campaigns for the largest brands on a
400+ publisher network and rely on a proprietary predictive targeting
technology and proprietary over performing ad units suite.
To support our aggressive development and triple digit growth, we are
always looking for the most talented people to join our 40+ people team.
Adikteev is now looking for a Data Scientist who will join as soon as
possible the Data Science team to boost advertising performance and
extract business value from our huge data pipeline.
MISSIONS
As an expert in performance advertising, you will build data-driven
products that help our advertisers acquire more customers and revenue.
You will research, design, prototype and validate cutting-edge
algorithms based on your business and mathematical knowledge.
Ultimately, hand-in-hand with the Data Engineers in charge of
deploying your work in production, you will produce new and creative
predictive solutions that will become part of our core offer. You will
work with cross-functional team members (IT, sales, media-buying,
etc.) to identify business opportunities and prioritize features to
address them.
As part of the Data Science team, you will provide expertise on
mathematical concepts useful for business analytics and inspire the
adoption of statistical rigorousness and data-driven thinking across the
entire organization.
Requirements
MINIMUM VIABLE CANDIDATE
Is creative, curious, out of the box thinker, and technically rigorous
Takes initiatives to test and learn systematically about new things
Enjoys being challenged and to solve complex business problems on a daily basis
Is able to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements and design solutions
Enjoys sharing his work through simple words with everybody
Holds an advanced academic degree in the field of applied mathematics
Has 2+ years experience building predictive solutions to solve business issues
Has an excellent understanding of mathematical concepts underlying usual algorithms
Shows fluency with Python or R and its machine learning modules
Can get his hands dirty and implement custom artificial intelligence programs if needed
Has experience with very large datasets and distributed processing
Has a good understanding of the basics of the web advertising industry
BONUS POINTS
Involves himself regularly into Data Science competitions or meetups
Has experience with Spark environment
Is able to prototype by itself any piece of software that's needed to test hypotheses
Has already worked with web advertising data
Shows advanced gaming skills with FIFA 2016 on PlayStation 4 !
