Hero Fintech Technologies is looking for a business development manager to expand its Raise marketplace.
You will report to the CEO and support the product team to develop and execute a broad strategy to enable and collaborate with partners on a broad set of Go-To-Market activities.
What will you do?
- Collaborate on a Marketplace Strategy
- Scope the competitive landscape for marketplace strategies broadly
- Develop value proposition and business model for loan originators including business relationship model, financials, and growth plan
- Work with the product development team to refine and steer the Raise marketplace
- Identify and prioritize industry-specific leads to target for onboarding
- Enable partners on Raise and support their efforts to integrate into the Raise platform
- Develop collaborative go-to-market strategies with these go-to-market partners
- Develop programs to nurture and grow partnerships
- Recruit, enable and retain loan originators
Who are you?
- 5+ years of experience in business development with a focus on marketplace development and building new partner relationships
- Strong preference for experience building out technology marketplace partnerships or working on data and insight partnerships
- Excellent communication skills. English is a must, with additional languages being welcome too :)
