Job Description:
Love marketing? Love business development? Join the Verse Growth
team! We are looking for more great hands-on people who are passionate
about spreading the word far and wide about Verse and helping us grow
the community to new heights.
As a Verse Business Development Intern
you will spearhead our growth efforts in your city and the local
community. You’ll spread the word about Verse, get all your friends to
use it and organize events in your school or university to draw people
to our community. As a plus, you will also put us in touch with local
event organizers so we can start organizing events and get paid through
Verse.
What you’ll do:
Boost, own and champion the Verse brand in your network and beyond
Spread the word about Verse and drive user acquisition efforts in our community
Organise and host social events with students
Own your agenda. You’ll have as much autonomy to take your ideas and execute them
Represent Verse in your day-to-day and be the point of contact in your community
Grow with us. As you deliver, you’ll gain more responsibility and potentially transition to a full-time role
Interact with our team in Barcelona so we can assist with planning with events
Who we're looking for:
Young, dynamic, can-do attitude
Someone who is proactive with a lot of initiative and who can own ideas and execute them with little guidance
Excellent communicator with great social skills capable of creating movements
Results-driven individual who is not afraid of big challenges, and rather sees them as opportunities to grow
High-caliber network
Nice to have:
You belong to student or professional organizations - not only are you a member but you run the show
You are currently in University in Spain or Italy
You have prior business development experience - doesn’t really matter where, but as long as you can make things happen
