TechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for a
Business Analyst, based in
Barcelona, Spain.
How Do You Fit In?
The
Business Analyst will be responsible for
analyzing the buying behavior of JustFab and Fabletics customers based
on their sale impulses and taking improvement proposals focused on
JustFab's strategic objectives. In constant contact with other
departments, the Business Analyst would delve into the different
segments of the business, elaborate on analysis and establish a more
specific dialogue with the client and other business lines.
Responsibilities
- Observe and assess the purchasing behavior, from
acquisition to retention of our customers, from the execution of
different analysis and presentation of the results obtained to other
departments and to management.
- Support the marketing teams in
analyzing and understanding the lifetime value of the customer by
channel, proposing options for their optimization.
- Work together with CRM/Emailing team and propose customer segmentation and business impact together with AB tests.
- Participate in common European and Global projects with different departments of the company.
- Provide analysis of the results of the AB tests in acquisition and user experience together with proposal of recommendations.
- Preparation of monthly reports for the address.
- Help other team members understand results, the relevant KIPs and the action plan.
Required Skills
- Our ideal candidate would have completed higher
education, preferably with a high quantitative component (Engineering,
Statistics, Mathematics, etc) and / or business (ADE).
- SQL query programming.
- Very high analytical capacity, given the quantitative content of the projects.
- 2 years of experience in positions with similar responsibilities (treatment and handling of information, analysis, etc.)
- Proactive, autonomous, analytical and results-oriented person.
- Excellent communication and relationship qualities.
- Excellent analytical qualities, accustomed to working with numbers and an expert in spreadsheets (Excel).
- Experience in extraction, treatment and data management.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
