Spanish Account Manager, who will be accountable for growing and
managing our business in the Spanish market.

What you’d do:

You would be the primary point of contact for our existing Spanish
clients, managing client expectations and building relationships
● You will provide a link between clients & the wider Fillit team for Development, Marketing & sales requirements
● You will have responsibility for onboarding new Shopping centre managers to the platform
● You will support the CX team in onboarding new tenants, ensuring a smooth transition onto Fillit
● You will assist in optimising the Fillit platform to serve the Spanish market
● You will oversee booking completions, troubleshooting issues & driving sales growth
● You will work with our Marketing team to help position advertising & bring new users to the platform
How you’ll work:
● As you will be the first hire in Spain, your role will initially be initially autonomous as we grow the team
● You will have a daily video conference call with Fillit management
● You will be supported by Fillit management who will travel from Dublin each month
● You will be required to travel throughout Spain regularly to meet clients & visit shopping centres
● There will be a 2-week onboarding session completed at Fillit HQ in Dublin
● You will be required to update CRM tools and progress reports
● This role is based in Madrid
The minimum requirements:
● Fluent in both Spanish and English
● Excellent communication skills
● Account Management experience - 2 years minimum
● Exceptional computer literacy & fluidity using version web
● Flexible across a range of disciplines, from Business Development to CX
Bonus points for:
● Experience working in Technology or SAAS
● Experience working in property management
● Good working knowledge of the major Spanish Cities
