Web Designer en Barcelona

Young & vibrant startup in Barcelona is looking for a freelance web designer to join our team, aprox. 20h/week. We're a t-shirt printing agency here to make things easy for our customers. We've invested a lot of time and resources in building a sustainable, lean, work environment full of opportunities for entrepreneurial individuals looking to be a part of a fast-paced growing company.

Right now we're looking for a webdesigner with experience to help us enhance the user experience our visitors have, working alongside our Marketing team on the following tasks:

• Design and implement new landing pages;
• Design and implement e-mail marketing campaigns;
• Monitor website performance;
• Design other material such as white papers, presentations and such;
• Design banners, popups, sliders and other graphics for web;
• Responsible for adding new features and pages to the platform;
• Capable of developing solutions to the day-to-day necessities;
• Execute daily website adjustment tasks;
• Working in close collaboration with the Marketing and Design team;

The ideal profile is someone:

• Native or fluent English speaker. Spanish a plus;
• Pro active, dynamic and very attentive;
• Someone with long term vision;
• Experienced in responsive coding & new trends;
• Communicative and confortable with being a team player;
• Demonstrable experience in CSS, bootstrap and HTML;
• Previous experience with Zend and Wordpress are a plus;
• Basic PHP and JS understanding;
• A good SEO understanding.
