We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Web Design Project Manager.
The
successful candidate will be based in Madrid office and will work
alongside our team of Web Development team reporting to the Head of
Product, WD.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the WD Projects team, making sure the team perform well and improve the performance where necessary.
- Management of the Smart and Bespoke projects, ensuring the quality of the projects and the accomplish of the clients goals.
- Direct management of the clients.
- Define, follow up and evolve the team procedures.
- Reporting and metrics of the team (Performance, costs, etc).
- Responsible of the WD Clients CRM and other key documents as Pipeline or Websites references.
- Assist Bookassist team, especially OBMs and support in product and projects aspects.
- Be responsible for the quotation, contracts conditions and invoicing of the projects.
Requirements
- Strong business knowledge of Hotel Business, SEO, eCommerce.
- Team management skills.
- Be able to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal, using resources effectively and efficiently.
- Create strong morale and spirit in the team and define success in
terms of the whole team, create a feeling of belonging in the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meet the expectations and requirement of internal and external
customers; be able to establish and maintain effective relationships
with customers and gain their trust and respect.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
- Fluent English. additional languages are an advantage.
