YOUR ROLE
Take responsibility for all phases of UX work for major product
projects: research, conceptual design, prototyping, detailed design,
usability testing, and implementation
You compile research and create user flows, identifying and
articulating user needs to supplement the conception phase of product
development
You utilize the best and most modern UX practices to produce highly
user-centered designs across a diverse set of requirements and features.
You participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts.
You collaborate directly with designers, product managers and
engineers, to ensure all projects are developed in the best possible way
YOUR PROFILE
You have 2+ years' experience in UX Research, interaction, motion or user interface design with a focus on mobile apps
you are fluent in german and english
Hands-on mentality and a willingness to take an active role in our company
Ninja skills and experience with the most common design tools
You enjoy working in a cross functional team
You have experience in developing personas and conducting user testing Leadership experience is a plus
You have a fluent command of English and German
You have a University degree, a quick learning ability and structured way of thinking
