Technical Lead en Amsterdam

Together with your team you will be focusing on designing & developing our cloud-based financial platform. As Technical Lead you know how to mentor team members, are able to align with business needs and during that time still make time to write some code yourself. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take your team to the next level of software and personal development;
• Lead in clarification of functional requirements to the team, acting as a technical domain specialist;
• Write quality code, set an example of quality in front of the team members;
• Gain the team’s respect with the quality of your work and by practicing what you preach;
• With the Product Owner take lead in responsibility of the sprint goals and outcome;

YOUR PROFILE

C# guru, .NET, AWS Services, MVC5+ and you dream SOLID

• 8+ years’ experience as C#, .NET Developer of which minimum 3 years in a Technical Lead/managerial position
• Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into software solutions
• Experience with C#, .NET API stack fully hosted in Amazon AWS or alike
• Cloud Expert (elastic architectures, build to fail, security, serverless)
• Experience with infrastructure automation and continuous integration/deployment
• Capable of clarifying complex problems and structures in plain language
• A plus when you have experience with finance or highly regulated environments
• Always first to know about relevant latest developments
• Strong communicative skills, writing skills and presentation skills
